Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders  of 1-3 bows have $8.65 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling Fee for priority mail.  Additional bows shipping costs are noted below:
    • 4-6 bows – $10.05
    • 7-10 – $11.15
    • 11-13 – $12.50
    • 14-16 – $13.75
    • 17-20 – $14.95
    • 21-23 – $16.10
    • 24-26 – $17.25
    • Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day): Orders of single items will leave our facility the next business day.  Orders placed for teams may take up to 10 business days to complete.  Customer pays any expedited shipping costs as determined by the service used: USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Custom Product:

  • LEAD TIME: Customized products will be shipped in approx. 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page.  (Products such as our full bling rhinestone cheer bows need additional time to complete because they are not kept in stock due to the expense of the rhinestones used to make them.)
  • ART REVIEW: If this applies to your product, then it is extremely important that you review and approve custom text, artwork or imagery. Brittelly’s will print your custom product EXACTLY as it is entered during checkout OR after confirmation of proof if applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the customization, as Brittelly’s does not allow returns/refunds/credits on custom product. Custom product is final sale.  Any review of artwork may add to the shipping time frame.  Brittelly’s is not responsible for additional delays when waiting for the customer to approve art work.
  • RETURN POLICY: All customized product is final sale — we are unable to accept returns on personalized products (this includes, but is not limited to, items with custom text and images). If you receive a damaged custom product, then contact our customer support – customerservice@brittellys.com – within 15 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed.
  • WEB COLORS: Due to color variations in monitor screens, web color representations of the printed custom product may vary. Custom products are final sale, and Brittelly’s does not accept responsibility for monitor screen color deviations.  If you would like a color swatch sent to you, we will do so free of charge on the material that you are using for your product.  Please understand that this may cause additional delays to finished products and may push back completion.  Please plan ahead.

Stock Product:

  • LEAD TIME: Stock products will ship in approx. 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Longer lead times may apply during peak periods (holidays or special promotions).
  • RETURN POLICY: Stock product may be returned to Brittelly’s headquarters (mailing address below) within 15 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. Upon returning an item to our headquarters, please include a note including your order number, contact information, and indication of whether you would like an exchange or refund for your item.   It is recommended that the customer ship the item with a shipping method which includes tracking and/or delivery confirmation in case the item is lost in transit.
  • REPLACEMENT POLICY:  Brittelly’s takes pride in the quality of products delivered to our customers; we inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. For items that show defect under normal use, we will issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.

Warranty:

  • Brittelly’s has a 30 day warranty period from time of purchase. If your item breaks due to normal wear-and-tear during this time period, please send us an image. We will review the image and follow up with you regarding a replacement. Please send images to customerservice@brittellys.com.

Returned to Sender:

  • If an order is returned to Brittelly’s for an incorrect address, then Brittelly’s will reship the order at the expense of the purchaser.
  • If a ‘custom’ order is returned due to an incorrect address and the purchaser does not pay for it to be reshipped, then the order will not be refunded. All custom orders are final sale.
